I am a 30 something year old married female "Geek" living in the deep south. In February of 2010 the Hubster and I watched the movie "Food Inc" and it changed our lives completely. Since then we have altered our eating habits and have strived to cook all our meals from scratch. This blog is about my efforts in cooking healthier meals, urban farming and living a more sustainable life.
